BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 in the Library Board Room on the third floor ot the building at 122 N. Main St.

I am a self-employed attorney and maintain my law office in Crown Point. I’ve been a practicing attorney for 32 years. 

I also live in Crown Point, have been married to my wife Tricia for 32 years, and have 4 children. I was appointed to the Board of Trustees by the Crown Point School Board in January 2009.

Media Specialist at Solon Robinson Elementary and employee of Crown Point Community Schools.  Married to Dr. Charles McCarroll and has two daughters. I reside in Crown Point and I am an avid reader, and I love to travel. I'm originally from Scotland.

She resides in Crown Point with her husband Jim. They have two sons, Paul and Anthony.

   Jeffery Martin, Member 

Teacher, Retired

Jeffery Martin, an amateur astronomer, is Editor of The Mirror, the  publication of the Calumet Astronomical Society. He resides in Crown Point with his wife Jane. They are avid readers and attend several theater seasons in Chicago along with Art Institute lectures and programs. At night Jeff observes the sky, and  by day rides his Trek road bike on the Erie Lakawanna trail. He was appointed to the Crown Point Library Board of Directors in 2013.
