The Crown Point Community Library has

the 1st of the month and ending on the last day of
the month.
Display Case
Policy
We currently display collections for
one month at a time and give preference to local collectors, crafts people and artists.
The following rules apply to all
exhibitors:
1. All collections will be previewed
and schedules by Library staff. Subject matter exhibited must be
appropriate for all
ages.
2. Collections must be owned by
individuals and not promote retail sales at Library or another location.
3. The transport, set up and packing
of breakables should be done by exhibitor. A Library staff member will be glad to assist, if desired, but the
library cannot be held responsible for items broken.
4. Before display set up, a complete
inventory of items in the display and their value must be submitted to the Library for insurance purposes. The
Library will insure the display for up to $5,000, however, in the event of damage, the exhibitor must pay the
$100 deductible. Library cases will be locked in the presence of exhibitor after display is set up and will not
be opened unless exhibitor is present.
5. All exhibitors must sign Library
release and insurance contract form (on back) prior to set up.
6. Exhibitors may or may not have their name(s) displayed
with collection at their own discretion
